Our Services Include
Private Parties In-Kindness (PIK)
- Work with the host on the giving component of their existing party, gathering or event
- Research a charity and/or cause that is meaningful to the host
- Provide the host with a list of items the charity currently needs
- Can assist the host in creating a theme between the party and donation items collected
- Assist host in providing any information needed to communicate with their guests, i.e. invitation wording
- Pick up and deliver the donated items to the chosen charity


Private Charity Parties:  40-50 people
- Party In-Kindness organizes and handles the giving component of your party
- Work with the host on the giving component of their existing party, gathering or event
- Research a charity and/or cause that is meaningful to the host
- Provide the host with a list of items the charity currently needs
- Assist host in providing any information needed to communicate with their guests, i.e. invitation wording
- Can assist the host in creating a theme between the party and donation items collected
- Organize and facilitate raffle, and/or monetary donations
- PIK Representative can attend party to collect and manage donations, if applicable
- At the party, provide charity information and takeaways and organize donations collected for display
- Deliver all items and monetary donations to the chosen charity

Minimum of 20% of all monetary donations collected through raffle, and/or direct collection will be donated to Party In-Kindness. Host responsible for all expenses for hosting the party, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.

Party In-Kindness Charity Events: 50-100 people or more
- Partner with Party In-Kindness to host a charity event
- Partner with you and/or business in the planning of the event
- Planning includes: creating a budget, timelines, finding the venue, selecting food options, preparing the invitation, choosing final details etc.
- Party In-Kindness will handle all ticket sales, also needed for tax-exemption
- Promote the event to PIK supporters, on our website and through our social media venues
- Manage all aspects of the charity and/or cause that is meaningful for the event
- Organize and facilitate raffle, silent auction and/or monetary donations
- Deliver all items and monetary donations to the chosen charity

Minimum of 20% of ticket sales and/or all monetary donations collected will be donated to Party In-Kindness. Co-host is responsible for 100% of the upfront expenses and those expenses not covered by the ticket price, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.


*All monetary donations collected will be both donated and used for the purpose of furthering Party In-Kindness’ mission and goals.
